I acknowledge and understand that the Richard Robbins International (hereinafter called RRI) coaching program is a perpetual membership with a recommended 12-month initial term for maximum results. I acknowledge that should I wish to discontinue coaching at any time, I will provide RRI with 30 days advance written notice and pay for coaching services up to my date of withdrawal, at which time member benefits will cease to continue. I understand that I must be active in coaching to access member benefits.

I acknowledge and understand that all of my decisions and actions (whether of a business, investment, personal or other nature) and the consequences of such decisions and actions, whether made in context of this program or not, are entirely my own responsibility. I am entering into a coaching relationship with full understanding that I am completely responsible for creating my own desired results and that RRI makes no representation or guarantee for results achieved.

I also agree not to hold RRI or its employees, coaches, contractors, subsidiaries and affiliates liable for any actions, or results of adverse situations created directly or indirectly as a result of a specific referral or advice given during my coaching program. I further release and agree to indemnify and save harmless RRI (and its employees, coaches, contractors, subsidiaries and affiliates) from all direct and indirect liability howsoever caused and related to this coaching relationship and/or programs. I understand that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any other type of psychotherapy.

RRI program content is continually adapted, enhanced and will vary from time to time. I understand that the use of, including without limitation, any reproduction, presentation or commercial use of the concepts, strategies, methods and materials used in this program, which is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of RRI, is prohibited without expressed written permission from RRI.

I authorize payment as per the investment options on the Confidential Coaching Application | Part I form and understand that annual payments are non-refundable. Coaching investment fees are locked in for a minimum of one year and not subject to any increases. Fees may be subject to slight increases after one year, however, RRI will provide at least 90 days notice of any potential change.

Currency and taxes of Applicant’s country, province of residence will be applied to all amounts due as applicable.

RRI has policies and procedures to assist in protecting your information. We retain personal and/or financial information only for as long as necessary or relevant for a strong future relationship or as required by law. You have the right to withdraw your consent to our uses and disclosures and to access and require us to correct personal information that we hold about you. At RRI, we never sell, rent, or trade your information. Also, we will never disclose your personal information to non-affiliated third parties without your express written consent. We only disclose your personal information in limited circumstances, those being with your consent or as permitted or required by law.
